HOW YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION MAY BE USED

Your Dentist uses GetTimely to manage its patient notification and further data storage once the user has finally booked with Your Dentist for a consultation. If the user has any issue with this process they may contact Your Dentist on office@yourdentist.co.uk to request that their information be removed. Forms and Promotions:
We form, provide feedback, or participate in a promotion (like a giveaway), either through our Sites or a third-party platform. If you participate, we will collect and store the data you provide us as part of your participation, such as your name and email address and any other requested feedback. If you submit this information via a third-party platform, the collection, use, and sharing of your data will also be subject to the privacy policies and other agreements of that third party.

How your booking requests are dealt with:
When a user contacts Your Dentist to request a booking their information will be processed and stored on our 3rd party systems as mentioned above. This information will then be used by employees to contact users to confirm a booking with Your Dentist as requested by the user. The user will receive confirmation on any booking made via email and SMS if they provide those details to the Your Dentist employee.
